CHARLOTTE, N.C. (theACC.com) – The Atlantic Coast Conference released its 2026 Women's Lacrosse All-ACC Team on Tuesday, April 21, following a vote of the league’s 13 head coaches. The nation’s top-ranked team, North Carolina topped all programs with eight All-ACC honorees, including five on the first team.
Duke, Stanford and Syracuse each boast seven All-ACC honorees, while Boston College, Clemson and Notre Dame each were represented by five players on the team.
Five players repeated on the first team from 2025 – Boston College’s Shea Baker, Clemson’s Natalie Shurtleff, UNC’s Sam Forrest and Chloe Humphrey and Stanford’s Aliya Polisky.
The All-ACC First Team features eight underclassmen and only two seniors – Baker and Syracuse’s Daniella Guyette. A pair of Clemson freshmen earned first-team status, with attacker Alexa Spallina and defender Teagan Scott.
The ACC Attacker, Midfielder, Defender, Freshman, Goalkeeper and Coach of the Year awards will be announced following the ACC Women’s Lacrosse Championship.
Eight ACC women’s lacrosse teams are ranked among the top 25 teams in the latest IWLCA poll, the most among all conferences. Three ACC teams hold top 10 rankings, with North Carolina at No. 1, Syracuse at No. 6 and Clemson at No. 10. Also among the top 25: No. 11 Stanford, No. 12 Boston College, No. 16 Notre Dame, No. 19 Duke and No. 20 Virginia.
The 2026 ACC Women's Lacrosse Championship will be played Wednesday, April 22, through Sunday, April 26, at American Legion Memorial Stadium in Charlotte, North Carolina. No. 1 seed North Carolina plays No. 8 seed Duke in the opener on Wednesday at 11 a.m. ET, followed by No. 4 seed Syracuse against No. 5 seed Virginia at 2 p.m. ET. No. 2 seed Stanford takes on No. 7 seed Boston College at 5 p.m. ET, while No. 3 seed Clemson faces No. 6 seed Notre Dame at 8 p.m. ET.
The semifinals will be held at 5 and 8 p.m. ET on Friday, April 24, while the championship game will be played at noon ET on Sunday. ACC Network will broadcast all seven games of the championship.
