CHARLOTTE, N.C. (theACC.com) - In the 12th set of weekly honors for the 2025-26 Atlantic Coast Conference Men’s Tennis season, the Miami duo of Mehdi Sadaoui and Jakub Kroslak was named the ACC Men’s Doubles Team of the Week. Additionally, NC State’s Jules Leroux and Wake Forest’s DK Suresh shared ACC Men’s Player of the Week honors, while Wake Forest’s Mees Rottgering was named the ACC Men’s Freshman of the Week.
 
ACC MEN’S DOUBLES TEAM OF THE WEEK
Mehdi Sadaoui, Miami, Sr. (Paris, France)
Jakub Kroslak, Miami, Jr, (Bratislava, Slovakia)

• Went 3-0 in doubles play on the week, including a top-15 win.
  • Defeated Virginia’s No. 11 Dylan Dietrich and Stiles Brockett, 7-5.
  • Defeated Delaware’s Euan Mackenzie and James Sclater, 6-4.
  • Defeated Virginia Tech’s Ilyas Fahim and Patrik Jurina, 6-4.

ACC MEN’S CO-PLAYER OF THE WEEK

• Recorded a ranked singles and ranked doubles win against No. 47 North Carolina on the week.
  • Defeated North Carolina’s No. 54 Roan Jones, 6-3, 3-6, 6-3.
  • Helped defeat North Carolina’s No. 20 Roan Jones and Anthony Wright, 6-4.
  • Helped defeat Duke’s Gerard Planelles Ripoll and Pedro Rodenas, 6-3.

ACC MEN’S CO-PLAYER OF THE WEEK

• Recorded a ranked singles victory and a ranked doubles win to help defeat No. 47 North Carolina on the week.
  • Defeated North Carolina’s No. 54 Roan Jones, 7-6 (3), 6-3.
  • Helped defeat North Carolina’s No. 20 Roan Jones and Anthony Wright, 6-0.

ACC MEN’S FRESHMAN OF THE WEEK
Mees Rottgering, Wake Forest, Fr. (Wanssum, Netherlands)

• Posted wins in both singles and doubles play in the Demon Deacons’ win over No. 47 North Carolina. Also teamed with Kacper Szymkowiak in doubles play for a win versus No. 59 Duke.
  • Defeated North Carolina’s Chris Xu, 6-3, 6-3.
  • Helped defeat North Carolina’s Chris Xu and Niels Ratiu, 6-2.
  • Helped defeat Duke’s Cooper Williams and Teddy Truwit, 7-5.
