CHARLOTTE, N.C. (theACC.com) – Five matchups featuring ranked teams highlight this week’s Atlantic Coast Conference field hockey schedule. Two ranked contests are set for Friday, October 9, followed by three more top-20 showdowns Sunday, October 11.
 
A pair of top-10 teams – No. 3 Duke and No. 8 Wake Forest – will head to the West Coast to face No. 14 California and Stanford. Wake Forest meets California on Friday at 6 p.m. ET, followed by Duke at Stanford at 9 p.m. ET. Both matches will stream on ACCNX. On Sunday, the ACC teams switch opponents, with Wake Forest facing Stanford and Duke meeting California. Both matches are set for 3 p.m. ET on ACCNX.
 
No. 11 Syracuse will face two ranked opponents this weekend, opening against No. 16 Louisville on Friday at 1:30 p.m. ET on ACCNX. The Orange then host No. 7 Harvard in non-conference play Sunday at 1 p.m. ET on ACCNX.
 
No. 9 North Carolina opens the weekend at Saint Joseph’s on Friday at 3 p.m. ET on ESPN+ in a rematch of the 2024 national semifinals. The Tar Heels then travel to Lynchburg, Virginia, to face No. 17 Liberty in a ranked matchup Sunday at 1 p.m. ET on ESPN+.
 
Boston College hosts two opponents this weekend, beginning with No. 15 Virginia on Friday at 6 p.m. ET on ACCNX. The Eagles then face crosstown rival Boston University on Sunday at noon ET on ACCNX.
